OVERVIEW is the system for the remote management of the sales networks. It allows to collect data, aggregate them according to the needs, send prices to the systems, manage fuel levels and monitor competitors’ prices.

OVERVIEW promptly reports by email or SMS every anomaly occurring anywhere on the network.

Its main functions are:

• Data collection service:
  • Data are collected once or several times a day, or when requested by the customer, through a suitable control:
    • Details of each transaction
    • Totalizers
    • Close of the day
    • Close of the shift at the station
  • The dedicated web area allows you to view, process and analyse data. Export functions are available in PDF, CSV and Excel.
• Level data collection:
  • Physical inventory data are collected on each individual tank.
  • The customer accesses the dedicated web area that provides: views, processing and analysis of data. Export functions are available in PDF, CSV and Excel.
• Sending of prices:
  • By accessing the area reserved to him/her, the customer can set prices to be sent to the stations; he/she may also decide the date and time of activation.
• Alerts:
  • Alerts are immediately sent to the customer. The service includes:
    • Display of the alerts in the dedicated web area
    • Sending of alerts via email to the addresses selected by the customer
    • As an option, it is also possible to buy SMS packages to send alerts on mobile phones
• Sending of prices to MISE:
  • ICAD Sistemi is certified for the automatic sending of sales prices to the Ministry. By purchasing the service, the customer may delegate the communication of those data to ICAD Sistemi.
• Automatic exporting of data:
  • Through specific API, data can be made available to the customer’s administrative program.
• Overview APP (iOS and Android)
  • Through the APP, it is possible to consult sales data of the individual plants.
  • By creating credentials, the manager may:
    • Enter the prices of nearby plants
    • Upload DAS data
    • Change the closing of the day, entering the sales through POS which are not connected to the station computer

It is an open system, so customizable: from the circuit card to the integration with existing IT systems for managing invoices, refunds, registries, etc.

• It enables the circular management of the cards with on-line authorisation
• Compatible with all facilities located on yard
• It doesn’t require any structure in place: the entire process is directly managed on the ICAD Sistemi servers
• It is safe thanks to a secure infrastructure
• Different solutions are available:
  • Rechargeable/prepaid card: after the credit is finished, the card can be recharged at any point of sale of the network or via web.
  • End-of-month card: it's like a regular credit card, but it can only be used in the points of sale of the network. At the end of the month, the system generates a statement for the customer and a statement for the manager’s refund.
  • Point collection card: it stores the points that allows awards collection. Criteria for assigning points and awards are determined autonomously on the basis of the fidelity campaign.
  • Discount card: it provides access to an instant discount on the refuelling.
  • Electronic fuel vouchers: it allows you to create electronic vouchers in complete autonomy. It is possible to decide the quantity, the amount and the due date. The voucher format can be selected according to customer specifications. Vouchers can be printed on paper, be submitted as email attachment to the customer who made the request or they can be sent to any smartphone equipped with the SELFNET APP.
• Real-time transaction notifications through email.
• Final customer portal for the consultation of his/her refuelling. Through appropriate services, it provides a number of additional features:
  • Import/export function towards the customer’s administrative program
  • Manual entering function for refuelling
  • Management of customer lists
  • Management of the final customer’s circularity: for each end-user it is possible to determine in which points of sale he/she can make the refuelling
  • Generation of utilities for the final customer: Username and password that give the final customer access to a portal area dedicated to him/her where he/she can consult his/her refuelling, recharges, points balance etc.

IN4MATIC has been developed for the needs of hauliers, municipal companies and firms having a refuelling station within their own business.

Fuel supply

Thanks to transponders and/or badges, it recognises the vehicles and/or the drivers, and stores all fuel supply data, which can be kept in the internal memory or downloaded.

Tank control

Tank management, through the connection to a minimum level control unit and to pneumatic valves.

It allows to take fuel following a predetermined sequence.

Level control unit management It allows to monitor levels, temperatures, presence of water and alarms within the tank.

Placement of a new order for fuel. IN4MATIC alerts you when the set level is reached.

Invoice&GO è il sistema più veloce, presente sul mercato, per richiedere e generare una Fattura Elettronica su di un impianto carburanti.

Invoice&GO è completamente indipendente dalle attrezzature presenti sui punti vendita.

Invoice&GO non richiedere l’installazione di licenze aggiuntive sui Computer di Stazione o sui terminali Self Service.

Invoice&GO non richiede l’installazione di ulteriori Personal Computer dotati di software specifici.

Per usare Invoice&GO basta uno smart phone o un tablet.

Transazione in modalità presidiata:

L’Utente finale viene riconosciuto attraverso la lettura, effettuata dall’APP del Gestore, di un codice QR generato dalla sua APP. Attraverso tale lettura il Gestore saprà:
- Anagrafica dell’Utente.
- Targa del Veicolo.
- Tipo/i di carburante.
A questo punto il Gestore dovrà, sulla sua APP, effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
- Scelta del prodotto erogato (solo per i veicoli con doppia alimentazione).
- Digitazione dell’importo erogato.
- Inserimento dei chilometri (opzionale).
- Conferma della transazione.
Il sistema genererà una pre Fattura Elettronica.
Le pre Fatture generate durante la giornata potranno:
- Essere immediatamente inviate allo SDI all’atto della generazione.
- Essere modificate, prima dell’invio allo SDI, nel caso in cui venisse ravvisato un errore.
- Inviate cumulativamente in un momento successivo.
Dal Portale Gestore e dall’APP gestore si potrà verificare lo stato di ogni singola Fattura.
E’ prevista la gestione delle note credito.

Transazione in modalità Self Service:

L’Utente potrà richiedere la Fattura Elettronica al Gestore anche durante l’orario di Self Service. Il Gestore dovrà applicare, sul Self Service, un codice QR che identificherà l’impianto. L’utente attraverso l’APP:
- Effettua l’erogazione
- A erogazione completata apre l’APP e seleziona erogazione in Self
- Inquadra il codice QR presente sul Self
- Digita l’importo totale della transazione
- Digita il prezzo unitario del prodotto (se non ricavato automaticamente)
- Fotografa lo scontrino emesso dal Self Service (opzionale)
- Digita i chilometri (opzionale)
- Invia la richiesta di Fattura Elettronica
Il gestore troverà sulla sua APP e sul Portale la richiesta effettuata dall’Utente e potrà:
- Modificarla, ove e se necessario
- Inviarla allo SDI
Attraverso la sua APP, l’Utente, potrà seguire lo stato di avanzamento della sua richiesta.

Servizio di Invio della Fattura elettronica attiva Oil.

- Utilizzo dell’APP Gestore (con generazione di più utenti).
- Utilizzo del Portale Gestore.
- Generazione della pre Fattura. 
- Eventuale modifica della pre Fattura.
- Invio Fattura allo SDI.
- Consultazione delle Fatture emesse.
- Gestione degli stati della Fattura.
- Emissione di eventuale Nota Credito.

- Fatturazione differita a fine mese. Il cliente, potrà decidere di richiedere un’unica fattura a fine mese riepilogando tutte le erogazioni pagate dal cliente durante il mese. Per ogni transazione effettuata durante il mese verrà generato un documento (mail) riportante tutti i dati necessari alla corretta individuazione dell’operazione eseguita.

- Presuppone l’acquisto del Servizio di invio della Fattura elettronica Oil.
- Gestione a Portale Gestore dell’ Anagrafica Articoli.
- Generazione a Portale e su APP della pre fattura di prodotti non Oil.
- Eventuale modifica della pre Fattura.
- Invio Fattura allo SDI.
- Consultazione delle Fatture emesse.
- Gestione degli stati delle Fatture.
- Emissione di eventuale Nota Credito.
- Export PDF delle fatture emesse.
- Fatturazione differita a fine mese.

Servizio di Conservazione a Norma.

- Presuppone l’acquisto del Servizio di invio della Fattura elettronica Oil.
- Conservazione a norma di 2.500 fatture da 40 KB per 10 anni. Le fatture che sforeranno tale limite verranno conteggiate come se fossero più d’una utilizzando la seguente formula: peso della fattura/40 il risultato ottenuto verrà arrotondato per eccesso. Esempio fattura avente il peso di 83 KB verrà conteggiata come se fossero 3 fatture.
- Il numero di fatture conservate può essere aumentato a blocchi di ulteriori 2.500 .
- Consultazione dell’archivio.

Servizio di Export dati verso programma Amministrativo.

- Presuppone l’acquisto del Servizio di invio della Fattura elettronica Oil e/o non Oil.
- Export delle Fatture emesse.
- Export delle Fatture ricevute (se attivo il sevizio di gestione del ciclo passivo).

Servizio di Export dati verso sistema di Conservazione a norma del Cliente.

- Presuppone l’acquisto del Servizio di invio della Fattura elettronica Oil e/o non Oil.
- Export delle Fatture emesse.
- Export delle Fatture ricevute (se attivo il sevizio di gestione del ciclo passivo).

Servizio di gestione del Ciclo Passivo.

- Presuppone l’acquisto del Servizio di invio della Fattura elettronica Oil.
- Ricezione dallo SDI delle Fatture.
- Consultazione delle Fatture ricevute.
- Gestione degli stati delle Fatture.

Servizio di gestione fatturazione elettronica a fine mese Carte Locali Gilbarco.

- Presuppone l’acquisto del Servizio di invio della Fattura elettronica Oil.
- Presuppone l’acquisto del router ICAD Sistemi e il suo collegamento al sistema Passport Europe, CUBE, PBOX.
- Consente la realizzazione automatica a fine mese della Fattura Elettronica riepilogativa per cliente.

Servizio di gestione fatturazione elettronica Selfnet.

- Presuppone l’acquisto del Servizio di invio della Fattura elettronica Oil.
- Consente la realizzazione automatica a fine periodo della Fattura Elettronica ai Clienti Selfnet con carta Fine Mese e con carta Ricaricabile.

Servizio di gestione fatturazione Buoni Manuali Selfnet.

- Presuppone l’acquisto del Servizio di invio della Fattura elettronica Oil
- Consente di generare buoni manuali attraverso l’utilizzo della piattaforma Selfnet e di emettere una fattura riepilogativa a fine mese.

Servizio di gestione fatturazione Carte Petrolifere.

- Consente di emettere fattura elettronica a UTA / DKV e EUROWAG
